COMMUNITY DYNAMICS COMPLETES OXNARD SALE
OXNARD, CA – Josh Freeman, spokesperson for Community Dynamics, announced the completion of the last leg of a four year development journey in the city of Oxnard’s Seaview neighborhood with the sale of a recently entitled 17 acre addition to the 47 acre community it developed just south of the city’s municipal airport. |

During that period, Dynamics developed a total of 64 acres for 241 residential lots, 8 acres of business research park, a 6 acre neighborhood elementary school and a 6 acre neighborhood park. The community features Ventura county’s first European style roundabout for enhanced management of vehicular traffic flows.
Along with its investor partners at HFH Ltd. and Brookfield Southland Group, the Company elected to sell the residential component to Centex Homes' LA / Ventura division which is currently building and marketing the community as "Wingfield." |
